Okay, everybody! How was your week. I had my good moments and my bad.
The Good News first . . .
I completed one full week of exercise! Yeah, for Phyllis! Everyday, I went to the city park and walked around the lake. One time around is equivalent to .6 miles. I briskly walked 2 laps on my lunch, and 2 laps before picking my daughter up from preschool. So, each day, I accomplished 2.4 miles.
. . . . . And the bad news . . .
I just couldn't find it within myself to not succumb to my food cravings. However, this week I am determined to eat healthier. I will not let the past rule my future.
The exercise has my invigorated and ready to accomplish more and face my weaknesses.
Anyone interested in starting TAEBO with me? I was watching the new infomercial and this lady gave him 30 days to prove himself, and he did. She dropped from a size 18 to a 10 in 6 months. It's worth a try. Join our discussion list at top if you are interested.
Keep your heads up.
Love, Phyllis
