10-17-06. Wesley Snipes, the 44-year-old star of the Blade trilogy, White Men Can't Jump, Disappearing Acts, and Jungle Fever, to name a few films, has been indicted for eight counts of tax fraud. He is accused of cheating Uncle Sam out of 12 million dollars in false refund claims as well as failing to file tax returns for six years. Snipes has not come forward and an arrest warrant has been issued for him. He faces a maximum fo 16 years in prison.
