OMARION GRANDBERRY TO STAR IN FAT ALBERT; GRANDBERRY TO PLAY REGGIE IN THE FOX FEATURE FILM

GRANDBERRY'S SOLO ALBUM SET FOR RELEASE THIS FALL ON T.U.G./ EPIC RECORDS; ALBUM TO BE THE FIRST SOLO ALBUM FOR THE FORMER B2K SUPERSTAR

Los Angeles, CA - (4/8/04) Hot off the heels of You Got Served, the #1 box office hit which broke records as the highest grossing film to ever open on a Super Bowl weekend, Omarion Grandberry actor/singer/superstar has signed on to star as Reggie in the Fox Feature Film version of the television show Fat Albert. Grandberry is no stranger to the big screen. Long before he received worldwide success and critical acclaim as the lead and star of pop music super group B2K, Omarion was cast in television, film and commercial spots ever since he began to walk.

"I am extremely excited to star in my second feature film. I loved the television show Fat Albert and when I heard they were casting, I knew that this was an opportunity that I had to be a part of," stated Grandberry. When asked about making movies over records, Grandberry was quick to set the record straight, "My experience as lead singer of B2K has been second to none. I love acting but music will always be a huge priority in my life. I am just about finished with my first solo album (T.U.G. / Epic Records) and hopefully I will have a chance to hear some of my music in Fat Albert."

Next for Grandberry is the sequel to the #1 smash film You Got Served - written and directed by T.U.G. Entertainment CEO, Chris Stokes, who will once again write and direct the sequel that will star Grandberry and Marques Houston as the lead actors. You Got Served Part II will begin production this fall and open nationwide Super Bowl weekend 2005. Additionally, Grandberry's debut solo album (T.U.G. / Epic Records) will be available in record stores and on radio stations nationwide this fall.

Amidst the rumors swirling of a current B2K concert tour, Grandberry was quick to let fans and the public know that, although the band members are friends again, a new album and tour is not in the near future. Omarion is the front man and star of B2K and continues to work closely with Chris Stokes on his escalating music and film careers. Both Omarion and Chris have encouraged the other members to pursue individual projects, just as Omarion is doing. However, the individual live performances of the other members of the group do not include Omarion and are not performances by B2K and if anyone hears of any announcements and/or promotions promoting a B2K show, be aware that this in not a B2K show and T.U.G and Chris Stokes have nothing to with it.

Fat Albert The Movie Starring Omarion

THE ULTIMATE GROUP ANNOUNCES EXCITING MUSIC AND MOTION PICTURE NEWS FOR 2004

Marques Houston & Omarion Grandberry of "You Got Served" to star in the motion picture Fat Albert. Marques Houston to play "Dumb Donald" and Omarion co-stars as "Reggie" in the Fox feature film.

Multi-Platinum recording artist Omarion Grandberry (formerly of B2K) has signed a worldwide solo recording deal with T.U.G./Epic Records while pop singer and television superstar Marques Houston has resigned a solo recording deal with T.U.G./Elektra Entertainment.

Los Angeles, CA - (3/17/04). Hot off the heels of "You Got Served," the #1 box office hit which broke records as the highest grossing film to ever open on a Super Bowl weekend, Chris Stokes, CEO of the Ultimate Group (T.U.G.) and the force behind "You Got Served" has announced plans to shoot the sequel to his #1 smash film. Stokes who wrote and directed "You Got Served" will once again write and direct the sequel along with co-writer Peter Allen. Part II will begin production this fall and open nationwide Super Bowl weekend 2005. Once again, Stokes' will bring his clients Marques Houston and Omarion Grandberry together again on the big screen.

It has also been announced that Stokes has signed with United Talent Agency for exclusive worldwide representation as a writer and director. Additionally, Stokes has inked an exclusive production deal with UTA for his company The Ultimate Group (T.U.G.). And under this arrangement UTA will represent select music and film production talent under the T.U.G. umbrella.

It has been an extremely exciting year for Stokes and The Ultimate Group. On the film frontier both Houston and Grandberry have just signed on to star in the Fox motion picture, "Fat Albert." Houston, who is currently in pre-production of the UPN primetime sitcom tentatively titled "Phatheadz," is starring with Shannon Elizabeth (American Pie) in this Barbershop style spin off of Flex Alexander's hit show "One On One." Next up for Houston, he will continue to showcase his critically acclaimed acting talent as Dumb Donald in "Fat Albert."

Omarion Grandberry who's stellar debut performance in "You Got Served" has earned him praise among music and movie critics alike, will play the role of Reggie in the film version of Fat Albert. Additionally, both Houston and Grandberry have signed worldwide recording deals with T.U.G./Elektra Entertainment and T.U.G./Epic Records respectively. Houston's debut album "MH" spawned three top ten Billboard chart hits including "Clubbin," and "Pop That Booty" featuring Jermaine Dupri. Omarion is no stranger to the music world, as the lead singer of the multi-platinum pop supergroup B2K his music and moves have earned him countless awards and worldwide recognition. Omarion's yet untitled T.U.G./Epic album is the first solo album for Grandberry and is expected to hit radio and record stores before summer.
