A Call To The Men - In today's fast-paced, high-tech world, it
is easy to lose sight of what is really important. It is easy
to lose sight of the truth. And it is certainly easy to lose sight
of God's plan. Author Jacque Trim seeks to guide readers down
the right path in her powerful, poignant new book Will All The
Real Men Please Stand Up (now available from 1stBooks Library).
Jacque
Trim, affirms the man as the creation God designed to walk in
the Glory of God. He is godlike, for as God is the first being,
the Alpha, so is the man the first human creation; as God is the
ultimate provider for his creation, so is the man for his family;
as God is our protector, so is the man for his family; as Almighty
God is our covering, so is the man the covering for his family
and as Christ is the Bride Groom so is every man as he espouses
his bride.
Man
was specifically designed by God to be a man and nothing less
and every man must recognize this and rejoice in the glory of
his manliness.
Homosexuality
is evil in the sight of God, for God curses every man that lies
with another man as if he is a woman. He gives such men who leaves
"the natural use of women, burned in their lust one toward
another, men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving
in themselves that recommences of their error which was meet ...even
their women [who] change the natural use into that which is against
nature." Rom.1:26-27, over to uncleanness, vile affections
and a reprobate mind.
But
God says in His word, "today if you will hear my word, harden
not your heart." Adam in his pure state was considered of
God wise, but as men became vain in their imaginations, God calls
them fools. Society classifies homosexuality as an 'alternative
life style,' but God describes it as "vile affections."
Society calls it love and affection; God calls it "burning
with lust." Society says it is right; God refers to it as
an "error."
Trim's
book also cautions mothers to be vigilant and take special care
in the upbringing of her male children. She writes, "Mothers
must watch over their sons with all diligence, because no one
else will do it for her." According to Trim, man-children
are often less protected than girls and therefore easier prey
for depraved and dangerous elements in society.
Trim
calls for a reformation of the church, which she perceives as
afraid to address this issue. She encourages women looking for
real men not to settle for anything less, despite the inherent
difficulty and disillusionment involved in this pursuit.
Author
Jacque Trim was born and raised in Guyana, South America. A born
again believer since the age of seventeen, she continuously strives
to grow in God, learn His ways and walk in them. A wife and mother
of two sons, Jacque presently resides in Tennessee where she preaches
the word of God, speaks to men and women and counsel teens struggling
with homosexuality. Will All The Real Men Please Stand Up is her
first published book.
